Be part of the very first 313 Fit Sunday Sweat Session — an outdoor, music-driven workout designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or a seasoned pro, every move can be modified so you can go at your own pace while feeling the energy of the group.

We’ll kick off with a quick warm-up, then move through 45 minutes of strength, cardio, and core training — all set against the iconic Detroit skyline. Come ready to sweat, connect, and start your Sunday strong.

This week, it’s all about building power, strength, and stability from the ground up.
Our Lower Body Power session will challenge your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves with a mix of strength moves, explosive drills, and cardio bursts that will leave your legs feeling stronger than ever.

We’ll focus on form, activation, and pushing your limits — whether that’s hitting deeper squats, jumping higher, or sprinting faster.
